Fees and Policies

  • An annual insurance/registration fee of $25 is required for each family account per calendar year.


  • Multiple Session Discount – Also applicable to siblings
    • Sign up for 2 sessions: receive a total of $40 off
    • Sign up for 3 sessions: receive a total of $75 off
    • Sign up for 4 sessions or more: $140 off or more (at $35 per session)
  • Refer a family who has never attended a Celsius camp before and receive either a credit of $75 off a future camp or a refund of $30 per referral that signs up and pays for a 2022 Summer Camp. Email us with your referrals once they are committed to sign up. No cross family referrals will be accepted.

Extended Care:

  • Early morning extended care from 8am to 9am
  • Afternoon extended care from 4pm up to 5:30pm.
  • Advanced payments (prior to start of camp) for weekly morning care is $85 and $125 for aftercare.
  • Ad Hoc during the week of camp are billed at $25 per hour.
  • Pick up after 6pm will be charged at a rate of $2.00 per minute (no grace)
  • Extended Care is billed in one hour increments after a 10 minute grace period.

Cancellation Policy

o Fee for one week-long session is $650. The fee for the July 4th week is $525. Early Bird pricing until March 31: $605 and $500 for July 4th week. The material fee for the Surgery camp is $35.
o Your $250 deposit is non-refundable if you need or choose to cancel greater than four weeks prior to the start of a camp, for whatever reason you may have. The balance paid will be refunded to you.
– No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by you for any reason less than four weeks before the start of a camp session however partial credits on your Celsius account are available as follows:
• -More than 3 weeks’ notice prior to the start date of the session, a credit for 80% of the total price paid less the $250 non-refundable fee.
• – Between 8 days and 21 days’ notice prior to the start of the session = 50% credit of the total price paid less the $250 non-refundable fee.
• – Less than 8 days notice 20% credit less the $250 non-refundable fee for any cancellations.

• Avoid cancellation fees: you may change sessions to a different week for a change session fee of $45, plus any changes in the new camp price if applicable, subject to availability.

• No choice by cancel? Turn a lemon into lemonade: donate your entire camp to a child from the Rafael House to a homeless shelter
• We are sorry, but there are no refunds or reductions in fees for days missed due to illness, absence, last-minute vacations/trips, change in family circumstances during camp sessions, suspension or dismissal.

Before May 1st- Refund less $ cancellation fee per session or a credit for the price paid, less a $ cancellation fee per session canceled. Credit is good towards any Celsius and Beyond camp for one year after the date of initial registration.

– No refunds will be issued for cancellations for any reason after May 1st, however, partial credits are available as follows:

– More than one-month cancellation notice prior to the start date of camper’s session, credit for 50% of the total price paid.

– more than 3 weeks notice = 30% credit of total price paid.

– less than 3 weeks notice and more than 7 days prior to the start of session = 20% credit of total price paid.

Payment Policy

We accept cash, check, e-check and Zella payments.  Reservations are not confirmed without payment received. Online registration and payment ensure immediate confirmation. Payments by check should be sent in within 3 days of making an online reservation or the spot will be released.
