Top Chef Winter Camp
It’s party time! Kick off your New Year’s celebrations with a mouthwatering treat that sets the tone for any gathering. In this hands-on experience, we’ll master the art of party hosting by crafting irresistible finger foods entirely from scratch. Think golden cheese sticks, brioche buns filled with lox and olio, petite latkes, blini topped with crème fraîche and roasted mushrooms, creamy hummus with tahini, and crisp pita crackers. Each day, you’ll prepare a beautifully arranged tray, experimenting with presentation styles and taking it home to share with your family as a delightful pre-dinner surprise.
