Top Chef Winter Camp

Long before farming advances and the rise of big grocery stores, seasonal eating was the norm for generations. We will learn how each season’s produce is “designed by nature” to support our bodies in making the transition from one season to another. Seasonal eating greatly benefits the environment and we will see how.

We will then pull up our sleeves and explore many delicious possibilities of cooking with winter fruits and vegetables; apple crumble, fresh pumpkin ravioli, kale chips, potato gratin, beet salad, and many other scrumptious vegetarian dishes.

Each day you will take home something delicious to share with your family for good health and inspiration.
